Coordinated by Wednesday Morning Breakfast Club LinC Group(WMBG)

Purpose: Ensure that members and friends of Gray Church who are homebound or care facility residents stay connected and continue to receive God’s love and care that come with belonging to Gray Church.

Goal: Ensure that all homebound and care facility members and friends of our congregation stay in touch, know they are loved & missed and receive phone calls, visits and cards from people who care enough to do it.

The process is simple.

• Decide if this is a ministry you want to be involved in. Look in the at the list of Homebound or Care Facility Residents. Pick one you want to visit. 
• Get contact information for that person from the Church  Directory and make the call to see if they would like to have a visit.  (You may find that getting another person to visit with you will be beneficial). 
• Then do it and fill out the form on this page, or send a note  to notify WMBC LinC of  who you visited and when along with any comments.

The WMBC LinC group will maintain 3 things:

1. List of people participating in Happy Days Visitations
2. The pertinent information for each person in the log.  (Name, Address, Family Contact & Phone Number, Facility Name, Address & Phone Number, Room Number & Room Phone Number, Facility Contact & Phone Number & any Condition or Special Notes that that might make visits & calls more fruitful.
3. A running Log of Visits for each person on the list.

Privacy Note: Please be careful to respect the privacy of all the individuals you visit. Never visit in a private home or a care facility without the individual’s expressed consent. Be careful to maintain their privacy in filling out our forms and sharing them with others. Also be sure to familiarize yourself with and observe all the privacy rules of the institutions in which you minister.
